Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you want to exchange one or several articles you have the possibility to send us back the products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To do so please contact us with your order number (as in the order confirmation email), and the product(s) you want to return or exchange. After acceptance you will be invited to ship back the product(s) to the address given by our customer service following the return procedure.

Studio Akzynth reserves also the right to decline a return or exchange if the product has been damaged, altered, used; washed or worn for the garments; as well as framed, stretched or cropped for the prints, or if it hasn't shipped back in its original conditions. Please note that some customised or discounted products may not be elligible for returns, except in case of legal warranty.

In the event of a return, and after the receipt of the product(s) and validation of this return (the product must be returned in its original state) by Studio Akzynth, a refund will be issued in the form of original payment within 14 days.

In case of exchange, if the price of the new product is higher than the returned one, you will be invited to pay the difference before any new shipping.

If the price is similar, the new product will be shipped automatically once available in stock (in case of long or permanent unavailability you will be contacted per email to find an other option).

Finally if the price is lower, the new product will be shipped and a partial refund (difference of prices) will be issued.
